... when the sniffles abound. I've got a cold. And the government forced them to stop making Zicam, blast it all. That stuff was amazing for helping you to get over a cold sooner and keeping the cold from becoming too severe. *SIGH* I know the arguments against Zicam - I think most of us do. But what the media never wanted to share was the fact that in most of the cases where people CLAIMED to have lost their sense of smell/taste from using Zicam, it was not being used as directed OR the reports were coming from older people who apparently don't know that it is natural to start losing your sense of smell and taste as you age and that was more likely the culprit of their sudden lack of senses than the Zicam. Whatever. I'm going to stock up on chicken soup, ginger ale, take some extra vitamin C and make sure I get plenty of rest and hopefully this cold will be over as quickly as it came on!
